Welcome to the Gransky website (the "Site"). Please read the below-mentioned terms carefully, because your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these terms. Gransky reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time, because by visiting the Site, you agree to accept any such changes.
Terms and Conditions for Offers and Free Gifts
- The free gift(s) will be based on the total amount of your order.
- Multiple offers cannot be combined together.
- The free gift(s) has no cash value and cannot be used as payment on account or for past purchases
- Your purchase cannot be returned without the free gift(s) it was shipped with and in its original condition. Please check Gransky’s Return Policy for more details.
- If you decide to keep the free gift(s), you will be charged with the price of the same. Conditions applied.
- Gransky has the sole right to alter or terminate the terms and conditions of the offers at any given point of time.
- If a particular free gift is out of stock, it may be replaced by an equivalent or better alternative based on Gransky's discretion.
Merchandise Availability
Gransky prides itself for providing high-quality merchandise. Availability of the same, however, may vary from time to time. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only till supplies last.
Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove it promptly from display. However, display of an item on Granskyjewellery.com is not a guarantee that it is currently in stock or that it will be available on our website when you visit again.
Some featured items are made to order based on the selection of the stone size, stone quality, metal, etc. We manufacture each piece of custom-made jewelry from scratch. If you are unable to locate a particular item that caught your attention on a previous visit to our website or if you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact our customer service team at:

Merchandise Display
Gransky will make every reasonable effort to display its merchandise on Granskyjewellery.com as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, various factors, including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may significantly affect what you actually see on your screen. Gransky is not responsible for the display of any color, size, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer screen and cannot guarantee the accuracy thereof. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from Granskyjewellery.com, you can exchange or return it to us. For more information regarding Gransky's return and exchange policy and procedures, please visit the "Returns & Exchanges" section. As each product photograph is taken individually, products have not been sized relative to each other.
Gemstone Treatment Disclosure
Gransky also offers a large number of colored gemstone items. We make every effort to adhere to best practice industry guidelines for gemstone treatment disclosure and follow practices set forth by the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory Ltd. (HKJSL).

Pricing
Prices displayed on Granskyjewellery.com are quoted in H.K.D. currency and are valid and effective only in the Hong Kong. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Payment Information and Method
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard. You can also choose other payment methods such as PayPal. We also accept check and money orders. Bank wire transfers sent in US dollars are also accepted.
We offer Gransky Easy Pay Installments, where in we ship the product after the payment of the first installment.
Information Accuracy
Gransky will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and current information on the Site, but there may be occasions when information on the Site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability and other matters. Gransky makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of such information and will not be bound thereby. Gransky reserves the right to correct any errors and to update Site information at any time (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
In compliance with industry standards and FTC guidelines, diamond total carat weights may vary up to 0.07 carats on any jewelry item. For gemstones, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed. Further, as gemstone cuts vary, gemstone carat weights are approximate and may vary considerably from the stated approximate weight. In general, gemstone carat weight exceeds stated approximate weight. At times we use findings of a different material to provide the required firmness. For example, we use 14K white gold posts/findings for platinum hoops, brass in push-backs and so on.
Noncommercial Use
This website, its content and merchandise are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use of our clients. You may download or copy the content displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Merchandise is not offered for resale.

Comparison Purchasing
All Gransky jewelry pieces are individually handmade when ordered. We do not allow the purchase of multiple pieces for comparison. This applies to similar designs and variations for gemstone grade, carat weight, metal, ring size, etc. If you are unsure about a particular item, you can always get in touch with our personal jewelers and they’ll help you make the right choice. Gransky reserves the right to cancel orders and take the final decision. We may cancel orders that include multiple items of a lower dollar value.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court sitting in the State of California.
Gransky may terminate this Agreement and deny you access to the Site at any time, immediately and without notice, if in Gransky's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
Gemstone and Diamond Certificates
All Gransky gemstone and diamond jewelry pieces are shipped with their respective authenticity or grading certificates. These detailed documents are created by gemstone and diamond grading experts from renowned laboratories, and the cost of replacing them is significantly high. Because of this, we require the certificate to be included with each returned item. Failure to do so will result in a replacement fee of US $250.
