Please note that this service is non-refundable and is only valid for items purchased from our store. The processing time for the certificate is 3-5 business days, and it can be issued as either a physical copy or a scanned version. To verify your certificate online, simply enter the URL provided along with your certificate number and the weight of your jadeite.
