(2) How should I go for a purchase?
Please select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and enter your billing & shipping details.

(3) What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?

(4) What if I forget to use the discount code?
After the checkout is completed, we will not refund due to the discount code. However, we recommend that you can cancel the order within 24 hours. Since the item will not leave the warehouse within 24 hours, order cancellation is free. After canceling the order, you can buy again and use the discount code.

(5) How do I change my order?
Please email us regarding all changes to an order.

(6) Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please email us at matt.lo@jadecj.com with your order details, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Orders that has already been shipped can not be cancelled.

(7) What’s the status of my order?

Please enter a correct email to receive our email with tracking information. If you have not receive any tracking details within some certain time, please check your spam folder or promotion labs, if they are still not there, then please contact us at matt.lo@jadecj.com immediately.

(8) Do I need to pay taxes and duties?
Our products are not subject to any other taxes in all regions.

(9) How to return the goods?
You can return the product free of charge within 30 days after receiving your items, but you need to ensure that the product meets the return conditions when returning the product. We do not charge a return fee, but for returns that are not related to product quality, you need to pay a return shipping fee. We will provide you with a return address based on your shipping address. The shipping cost of returning the goods to us depends on the logistics provider you choose.

It depends on your location and selected shipping options. At the time of purchase, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Most orders are shipped 1-3 days after we receive your order, and it is expected to arrive within 7-10 days.

The warranty period of our products is twenty-four months.
