By enrolling in our text messaging program, you provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS, MMS or WhatsApp) messages from Gransky Inc. This includes messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provide or any other number you designate, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Program-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). Participation in our text messaging program is completely voluntary, and your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase with Gransky Inc. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the account holder's consent to sign up for text messages and pay any related fees.
Message and data charges may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for applicable charges and other fees for sending and receiving text messages. Gransky Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for any plan or other charges incurred due to your enrollment in our text messaging program.
