parts of our creations cannot be cleaned, and traditional laundry/cleaning

STORE CAREFULLY

Though you’ll wish you could, you won’t be wearing your new gems
every hour of every day. Keep your purchase safe from dirt, dust, spills or
fading by storing it safely in their drawstring pouch.

We offer some options
for customization, such as adjusting the length of necklaces to fit your needs
or custom making pieces to specific sizes upon request. Additionally, we offer
the option to switch the earring post to a clip on for selected pieces.
However, not all of our items can be modified or resized, due to the nature of

the original purchase date. If your jewelry becomes damaged or defective during

which will depend on the extent of the damage and the materials required for
the repair. If you approve the estimate, we'll provide you with instructions on
how to send your jewelry to us. Please note that the customer is responsible
for all shipping and handling costs associated with repairs that are not
covered by our warranty.

Once we receive your jewelry,
we'll carefully assess the damage and perform the necessary repairs. Depending
on the extent of the damage and the materials required, repairs may take up to 8
weeks to complete. We'll keep you updated on the progress of your repair
throughout the process. Once the repair is complete, we'll ship your jewelry
back to you with a tracking number.
